General Settings

Auto-Organize Inbox

Enable automatic inbox organization. When enabled, Tota will automatically categorize and organize your emails on a schedule (default: every 4 hours).

Auto-organize: Enabled | Schedule: Every 4 hours

Auto-Prepare Drafts

Automatically prepare draft replies for emails that need responses. Drafts are saved for your review before sending.

Auto-drafts: Enabled | Limit: 10 per day

Auto-Join Meetings

Automatically join scheduled meetings and take notes. Tota will join meetings from your calendar at the scheduled time.

Auto-join: Enabled | Reminder: 15 minutes before

Daily Briefing Settings

Briefing Time

Set the time when you want to receive your daily briefing email.

  • • Default: 9:00 AM in your timezone
  • • Can be customized to any time
  • • Timezone-aware

Briefing Content

Choose what to include in your daily briefing:

  • • Important emails summary
  • • Upcoming meetings
  • • Pending tasks
  • • Draft replies ready for review
  • • Agent activity summary

Reminder Settings

Meeting Reminders

Get reminders before meetings. Configure when to send reminders.

  • • Default: 1 hour before meeting
  • • Customizable: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours
  • • Can enable multiple reminder times

Deadline Reminders

Get reminders for approaching deadlines extracted from emails.

  • • Automatic deadline detection
  • • Reminders sent 1 day and 3 days before deadline
  • • Customizable reminder schedule

Email Organization Settings

Categorization Rules

Customize how emails are categorized:

  • • Define custom categories
  • • Set priority rules
  • • Configure auto-labeling
  • • Set up email filters

Draft Reply Settings

Configure how draft replies are generated:

  • • Set tone preferences (formal, casual, professional)
  • • Configure response length
  • • Enable/disable auto-drafting for specific senders
  • • Set up approval workflow
